What are the delivery charges?

No Delivery Charges are applicable. All prices on online.stpl.co.in are all inclusive.

Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?

It is possible that our courier partners have a holiday between the day your placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Delivery will be made within 5-7 Working days. Remote cities which are not easily accessible may require 1-2 extra days but our effort is to ensure that the delivery is made within the stipulated time.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by Sellers on STPL?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on online.stpl.co.in. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.

Why is the CoD option not offered in my location?

We are unable to offer Cash on delivery option at the moment. All orders will need to be paid online before confirming the order.

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. Please review our return policy in terms of use to see eligibility for returns.

I need to cancel my order

You cannot directly cancel your order, you need to contact us. If the order is already shipped we will not be able to cancel it.
